Embodiment is dependent on the alignment, coordination, and connection across mental health, physical health, and spiritual and energetic health.

What matters here, and today, is to simply say to you - to anyone reading this who may be relating, curious, and most likely scared - is that I understand, I see you, and I’m here for you with everything I have lost and learned and rebuilt and will help you do the same.  It doesn’t matter where you’re starting from - it matters where you want to go and how committed you are to getting there.  Everything else will grow from that.
